Project Overview
Address Residence Fountain Views is a landmark mixed-use development in Downtown Dubai, combining a 5-star Address hotel with a series of high-end serviced and branded residences. The project forms part of EMAAR’s wider masterplan overlooking Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa, with direct links to Dubai Mall and the surrounding lifestyle district.
Agile Prime was appointed by the main contractor, Arabian Construction Company (ACC), to execute the concrete formwork and steel fixing package. This included hotel and residential towers, podium structures, and key structural elements that support amenities, back-of-house areas and elevated circulation routes.
Working within a live and congested city-centre environment, our engineer-led teams focused on safe sequencing, coordinated crane usage and precise reinforcement detailing. Close collaboration with ACC, consultants and specialist trades ensured that the structural works aligned with EMAAR’s quality standards and programme expectations.
