Project Overview
Address Sky View is a striking 61-floor twin-tower complex combining hotel, branded residences and serviced apartments over a shared podium. Located in Downtown Dubai, the development forms part of EMAAR’s flagship hospitality and lifestyle portfolio overlooking Burj Khalifa and the Dubai skyline.
Agile Prime’s teams were engaged by the main contractor, ACC, to execute the full formwork and steel fixing package. This included tower cores, typical floor slabs, podium levels and key structural elements that support the elevated amenities and connectivity between both towers.
Our engineer-led supervision ensured safe sequencing of works on a constrained city-center site, with careful planning around crane usage, material deliveries and simultaneous activities by façade and MEP contractors. The result was a controlled structural programme aligned with the overall project milestones for EMAAR.
