Project Overview
Al Raha Beach Residence forms part of a premium waterfront community in Abu Dhabi, designed around landscaped promenades, marina views and direct access to the shoreline. The development brings together contemporary apartments, retail at podium level and shared amenities for residents, positioned as a high-quality lifestyle destination.
Agile Prime’s materials supply team was responsible for delivering a complete porcelain, ceramic and sanitaryware package for the residential units and common areas. This included floor and wall tiles for bathrooms and kitchens, as well as fixtures and accessories that align with the project’s coastal design language and durability requirements.
Working closely with the main contractor and consultant, we coordinated product selections, approvals and site deliveries in phases. This ensured that the finishes installed on site matched the design intent while keeping pace with an active construction programme and strict handover milestones.
