Project Overview

Al Wathba Tower is a high-rise residential development in Barsha Heights, designed to offer efficient city connectivity and modern living spaces. The tower accommodates a mix of apartments with podium parking, amenities and supporting building services.

Agile Prime was appointed to execute the full MEP works package, covering HVAC, plumbing and drainage, fire-fighting, electrical distribution and low-current systems. Our mandate was to integrate these services within the tower’s structural and architectural constraints while maintaining clearances, access and performance criteria.

From early stages, our engineer-led team coordinated closely with the main contractor and consultants to refine riser layouts, ceiling zones and plant-room configurations. This coordination helped reduce clashes, protect slab cycles and avoid costly rework in the later fit-out phases.

Testing, commissioning and handing-over activities were planned to align with sectional completions, allowing progressive occupation and smooth authority inspections. The result is a tower with robust building services that support residents’ comfort and operational reliability for the owner.
