Beach Walk Residence is a waterfront development on Dubai Islands, offering resort-style apartments with direct access to the shoreline and promenades. The scheme is designed to maximise views, natural light and a relaxed coastal atmosphere, supported by clean interior architecture and integrated building services.
Agile Prime provides the ceiling works package across approximately 80 premium units, including living areas, bedrooms, kitchens and circulation spaces. Our responsibility is to coordinate all ceiling systems so that AC grilles, lighting layouts and life-safety devices sit seamlessly within the finished surfaces, without visual clutter or irregularities.
Working in a waterfront environment requires careful consideration of corrosion protection, access for maintenance and long-term performance. Our team collaborates with MEP contractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure that ceiling details are robust, accessible and aligned with the developer’s quality benchmarks for a resort-grade product.
Programme-wise, ceiling activities are sequenced with window installation, finishing trades and snagging cycles. Agile Prime’s supervision and in-house workforce allow rapid adjustments as design details are refined, helping maintain overall project momentum at Dubai Islands.
