Project Overview

Cairo Festival City Mall is a leading retail and lifestyle destination serving Cairo and the wider region. With a gross leasable area of around 222,000 m², the mall hosts a mix of international brands, anchor tenants, cinemas, food courts and family entertainment concepts, supported by extensive back-of-house and service areas.

Agile Prime’s MEP teams were engaged to deliver key building services across retail zones and support spaces. The scope covered mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, including coordination with landlord services, tenants’ fit-outs, fire and life safety requirements, and central plant infrastructure serving the development.

Heavy footfall, high internal heat gains and diverse tenant requirements demanded robust design coordination, sequencing and quality control. Our engineer-led supervision and in-house workforce ensured that systems were installed to international standards, with careful interface management between common mall areas, anchor stores and entertainment venues.
