Project Overview
DAMAC Paramount Towers is a four-tower development combining hotel and serviced apartments with a shared podium and amenities. Agile Prime’s team was responsible for delivering the concrete and structural works package, coordinating closely with the main contractor, consultants and specialist trades.
With a unified in-house workforce, we ensured continuity of manpower, strict sequencing of pours, and safe access solutions for vertical and horizontal elements. The scope involved raft foundations, cores, columns, slabs, ramps and structural elements for podium and tower zones.
Our engineer-led supervision team maintained programme discipline, QA/QC checks, and daily coordination meetings to align site progress with MEP and facade activities, minimizing clashes and rework.

Scope of Works
- • Raft foundations, pile caps and ground floor slabs
