Project Overview
The Dragon Mart Expansion project extended an already established trading destination with two additional floors of commercial space. The new build-out brought together retail shops, anchor stores, a hypermarket, food courts, restaurants, cafés, child attractions and a cinema, all connected to the existing complex and its circulation routes.
Agile Prime’s scope covered the full interior fit-out for the expansion zones, coordinating with the main contractor and specialist trades to deliver retail-ready units, public areas and back-of-house facilities. Works included internal partitions, ceilings, finishes, coordination of MEP services at the interface with architectural elements, and preparation of spaces for incoming tenants and operators.
High footfall expectations and a diverse tenant mix required robust detailing, durable materials and carefully phased execution to align with mall operations, safety routes and services distribution. Our engineer-led team maintained close coordination with consultants and Nakheel’s development team to ensure consistency of finishes and experience across the expanded Dragon Mart environment.
