Project Overview

The Etisalat Data Center expansion is a critical infrastructure project supporting the operator’s growing demand for digital services and network capacity. Developed on an approximate plot of 3,500 m², the facility is designed to host an IT load in the region of 5–6 MW and to provide 2,500–3,000 m² of technical white space for servers and associated systems.

Agile Prime was engaged to deliver the formwork and steel fixing scope for the structural package. This included high-precision works for slabs, beams and structural walls supporting data halls, plant rooms, technical corridors and ancillary areas. The works were sequenced around stringent access, coordination and dimensional control requirements typical of mission-critical facilities.

Working alongside Al Sarh Contracting as main contractor and Etisalat’s specialist consultants, our engineer-led teams ensured that structural tolerances accommodated raised floor systems, heavy equipment loads and extensive MEP penetrations, while maintaining programme alignment and safety standards throughout the expansion phase.
