Project Overview
Flora Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road is a 186-key luxury property with a built-up area of approximately 131,000 sq.ft. Positioned along one of Dubai’s most important corridors, the hotel caters to business and leisure travellers with contemporary guest rooms, common areas and lifestyle amenities operated under Flora Group of Hotels.
Agile Prime was appointed to deliver the internal lighting package across guest rooms, corridors, public areas and amenity spaces including the spa and F&B outlets. Our scope involved the supply and installation of architectural and decorative lighting, integrating feature luminaires with a practical backbone of efficient general lighting and emergency systems.
Working in coordination with the main contractor and design team, our engineer-led site staff ensured alignment with interior design intent, environmental standards and hotel operator requirements. The result is a lighting scheme that balances comfort, visual impact and energy performance throughout the 186-key property.
