Project Overview

Hyde Walk is a residential development in Jumeirah Garden, Dubai, featuring a mix of studio and 1-bedroom units. The project sits within an emerging urban district close to key city routes, offering residents a contemporary living environment with efficient layouts and modern amenities.

Within a wider scope that included full structural, MEP and finishing works, Agile Prime was engaged to deliver the false ceiling and partitions package. Our works formed the internal framework for apartments, corridors and common areas, creating the necessary interfaces with services and finishes while meeting acoustic and fire performance targets.

Working alongside the main contractor, consultants and specialist trades, our in-house teams focused on consistent levels, tight coordination with MEP and clear sequencing to keep units progressing smoothly to final finishing stages and handover.
