Project Overview
Intercity Hotel Al Jaddaf marks the brand’s first presence in the United Arab Emirates, located directly on Dubai Jaddaf Waterfront. The development consists of two hotel buildings offering a total of 201 rooms designed to capture calm, open views over the water while maintaining efficient, business-friendly layouts.
Within the wider project team, Agile Prime’s role focused on supplying the porcelain and sanitary ware package for guestrooms, bathrooms and selected public areas. The scope was coordinated with the interior designer and main contractor to align sizes, finishes and accessories with the hotel’s brand standards and operational requirements.
Our engineers and procurement teams supported the client through sample submissions, mock-ups and technical clarifications, ensuring that materials met performance criteria and aesthetic targets while maintaining delivery reliability to the Jaddaf Waterfront site.
