Project Overview
LUXOR by Imtiaz is a fully furnished residential development in Jumeirah Village Circle, designed to offer modern lifestyle apartments with carefully curated interiors. The building combines efficient layouts, contemporary finishes and integrated services to appeal to end-users and investors seeking quality, ready-to-move-in units in a growing Dubai community.
Agile Prime was engaged to execute the ceiling works package across studios and apartments, coordinating bulkheads, feature ceilings and service zones with Imtiaz’s interior concept. Our team’s role is to ensure that the ceiling systems support the design intent, MEP routes and acoustic requirements without compromising clear heights or aesthetics.
Working in a fully furnished scheme requires early coordination for lighting layouts, AC diffusers, smoke devices and access panels. Our engineer-led supervision team collaborates closely with the main contractor, designers and suppliers so that ceiling works are delivered to sample-room quality across all units.
As LUXOR moves towards completion in 2026, Agile Prime continues to integrate programme milestones, QA/QC checks and snag management into daily site routines — supporting Imtiaz in achieving a smooth handover and consistent finish from ground floor to roof.

Scope of Works
