Project Overview

Palm Jebel Ali marks a new chapter of waterfront living in Dubai — a visionary destination where luxury, imagination and engineered landforms come together. The development is designed as an expansive coastal masterplan, creating a series of residential, leisure and hospitality zones set around signature beaches and marinas.

Within this landmark vision, Agile Prime was appointed by UNEC to deliver the formwork and steel fixing scope for key structural packages. Our role focused on providing accurate, high-productivity structural works that align with UNEC’s programme, design tolerances and strict waterfront construction controls.

Working on an active mega-development required tight coordination with the main contractor, consultants and specialist trades. Our engineer-led teams sequenced pours, managed rebar deliveries and prefabrication, and ensured all structural elements were completed safely and in line with the wider masterplan phasing of Palm Jebel Ali.

The result contributes to a project that is more than a destination — it is a place to truly live, where precise structural works underpin the future homes, roads and public spaces of a new Dubai waterfront icon.
