Pearl House 1 is an 11-storey residential development in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), offering modern apartments with a focus on efficient layouts and comfortable living. The tower is designed for residents seeking a calm community environment while remaining connected to Dubai’s main hubs.
Agile Prime executed the false ceiling and acoustic partition package, forming the internal backbone of the apartments and common areas. Our scope covered suspended ceilings, service bulkheads, shaft walls and acoustic-rated partitions designed to meet the project’s fire, acoustic and coordination requirements.
With engineer-led supervision and a unified workforce, we ensured alignments, levels and partition layouts were tightly coordinated with MEP services, façades and finishes, reducing rework and ensuring readiness for final painting and fit-out.
