Project Overview
Rotana Jaddaf Hotel is a 5-star hospitality development in the Al Jaddaf district of Dubai, positioned close to Dubai Creek and key city transport links. The property offers 318 tastefully furnished rooms and suites, a rooftop pool deck with skyline views, and a collection of restaurants, lounges and wellness facilities designed for both business and leisure guests.
Agile Prime was appointed to execute the full interior fit-out works. This covered typical guest rooms, suites, corridors, lift lobbies, reception and lobby areas, all-day dining, meeting spaces and back-of-house zones. Our scope combined architectural finishes, ceilings & partitions, coordination with MEP services and detailed joinery to match Rotana’s brand standards.
Working to a tight programme alongside BW Building Contracting and specialist suppliers, our engineer-led teams sequenced works floor-by-floor, maintaining quality control and minimizing disruption between trades. The result is a coherent guest experience from arrival to guest room, with finishes aligned to Wafi Group’s hospitality expectations.
