Project Overview
Saudi German Hospital – Dubai is a 300-bed tertiary care facility located in Al Barsha and developed on a 90,000 sqm plot. The scheme comprises a five-floor main hospital building and several medical towers, bringing together inpatient wards, outpatient clinics, diagnostics, operating theatres and support services under one regional healthcare hub.
Agile Prime was engaged to execute the full interior fit-out package across critical and non-critical areas. Our scope covered patient rooms, corridors, nurse stations, treatment rooms, operating departments, imaging suites, public lobbies and back-of-house zones with a strong focus on infection control, cleanability and durability of finishes in line with healthcare standards.
Working alongside the hospital operator, consultants and medical equipment suppliers, our engineer-led team coordinated services routes, specialist equipment interfaces and strict access sequencing to keep clinical areas protected while delivering works within an operational and highly regulated environment.
