Skyblade is conceived as a striking residential tower that stands out on the Dubai skyline. The architecture is tailored for modern visionaries — residents who value thoughtful design, comfort, and a lifestyle that feels elevated beyond the ordinary.
Within this design vision, Agile Prime’s role focuses on delivering a precise and robust structural frame. Our teams execute the full formwork and steel fixing package, ensuring that the tower’s sharp geometry and dynamic façades are supported by accurate, high-quality concrete works and reinforcement detailing.
Working in close coordination with Binghatti, the main contractor Granada Europe Construction, and specialist trades, we sequence structural activities to align with façade, MEP, and finishing works. This integrated approach maintains programme discipline while protecting the architectural intent that makes Skyblade a landmark address.
