Project Overview

Binghatti Skyrise is conceived as a cluster of three 48-storey residential towers with distinctive, diamond-shaped crowns – a new landmark on the Business Bay skyline. The development combines premium apartments, elevated amenities and panoramic city views, aiming to offer a differentiated lifestyle in one of Dubai’s most connected districts.

Agile Prime has been engaged by the main contractor, Granada Europe Construction, to execute the formwork and steel fixing scope. This includes the structural skeleton for the towers and podium areas, where accuracy of levels, verticality and alignment is critical to support the architectural expression and envelope design of the project.

Working with an engineer-led supervision team and an in-house workforce, we plan pours, reinforcement and logistics to keep cycle times predictable, coordinate with MEP and façade activities, and maintain safe access on a highly constrained site fronting major city routes.
