Project Overview

Town Square Dubai is a master-planned community comprising multiple mid-rise residential clusters with integrated retail, amenities and public realm. The Rawda and UNA phases include apartments, podiums, shared facilities and ground-floor retail, all requiring consistent, code-compliant internal lighting packages across buildings and zones.

Agile Prime’s scope covered the supply of internal light fittings for apartments, corridors, lobbies, back-of-house areas and selected retail components. Working alongside the main contractors and consultants, our trading and technical teams coordinated submittals, mock-ups and approvals to align with project specifications, photometric requirements and budget constraints while maintaining a unified visual language throughout the community.

Phased delivery schedules were aligned with building handover programmes, with materials consolidated, packed and labeled by building and zone. Our engineer-led approach ensured that product selections, certifications and supply logistics all supported on-site installation works and streamlined commissioning for the residential and retail blocks.
