Project Overview

Vertmont Tower is a 26-storey residential building located in Jumeirah Village Circle, District 11, with a total project area of approximately 360,000 sq.ft. The development combines studios and 1-bedroom units with lifestyle amenities, offering residents a modern community setting in one of Dubai’s most active residential districts.

Agile Prime, through its materials supply arm, delivered a full package of porcelain, ceramic tiles, natural stone and bathroom accessories. Our team supported the project from shop-drawing stage through to site deliveries, ensuring that finishes, formats and specifications aligned with the interior design intent and performance requirements.

Close coordination with the main contractor and site team allowed us to sequence deliveries per floor, align with apartment handover schedules, and minimise breakage and wastage on site. The result is a consistent, premium finish across bathrooms, kitchens, corridors and lobby areas that matches the overall positioning of the tower.
