Project Overview

Westwood Grande is a 14-storey residential tower in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), designed around compact, efficient apartments and well-finished common areas. The development targets end-users and investors looking for modern living within one of Dubai’s fastest-growing communities.

Agile Prime has been appointed to execute the false ceiling and partitions package, creating the internal framework that supports MEP distribution, fire separation and acoustic performance. The scope includes suspended ceilings, bulkheads, shaft walls and internal partitions to apartments, corridors and amenities.

Our engineer-led supervision team coordinates closely with the main contractor and building services trades to maintain clear routes for HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems while keeping ceiling heights, alignments and finishing standards consistent across the tower.
